  The Renewable Energy Approval (REA) application for the Amherst Island Wind Energy Project (the Project) was submitted to the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) on April 18, 2013. As required by O. Reg. 359/09, the Project’s Consultation Report contains a description of how the documents were amended after the final public meeting held on March 5th and 6th, 2013, and is provided in Section 5.7.2 of the report.

  Click here for a description of revisions made to the documents since the submission of the REA application, during the MOE’s screening of the application for completeness. Revisions were undertaken primarily in response to comments from the MOE. These revisions have been submitted to MOE and are now included as part of the Amherst Island Wind Power Project REA application.
